Senior/ Account Manager- Digital Agency ONLY

Our client is an award-winning digital agency. They provide creative digital presence. The role is in the Client Service department.

The Account Manager will work with key clients. The person will report to the Account Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Managing existing national and global client accounts
• Web Development projects mainly: creation, design, to delivery/ launch
• Work with the studios, creative teams, developers, and Project management departments
• Managing revenue targets, profitability metric
• Account management: maintaining and developing strong relationships with all clients and media owners, publishers
• Passion for Digital Phone and face to face communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience managing multiple clients, in a DIGITAL AGENCY (mandatory)
• Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing and Digital Advertising and web development
• Client facing, client relationship experience, with high profile decision makers
• Great communication
