Our client is an award winning live marketing agency in Dublin South. Over the last several years, the agency has scaled up and recruited some senior staff and they are now seeking to make a key appointment with an experienced Head of Business Development who has a good industry knowledge and network.
The successful candidate will be very strategic and commercial orientated with strong sales skills and creative approach, who will be able to drive revenue growth and position the agency in the market.
What you'd be doing …
- Driving new business leads
- Working with their in-house creative team on their best-in-class business proposals
- Identifying the agency needs and what need to be improved
- Leading client meetings, building and maintaining relationships
- Identifying and recruiting new hires to continuously grow the agency
- Shaping the agency's future
Requirements . . .
- 4+ years of relevant agency experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and building and pitching business-winning proposals
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships in-house and with clients
- Experience building a network of loyal business contacts and clients
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
